Experience

Specialty Eye Institute was founded in 1978 by Paul H. Ernest, M.D. in Jackson, MI. The company now has 12 locations and over 25 doctors. Our physicians are nationally-known leaders in the industry performing thousands of procedures each year.

Technology

The doctors with Specialty Eye Institute use leading clinical technologies and equipment when diagnosing and treating your eye problems. Our comprehensive eye exams are designed to detect these eye problems and other diseases in their early stages. Early detection allows our doctors a greater chance to maintain vision and treat the disease before it has inflicted irreparable harm on the eye.

Research

We believe in bringing tomorrow's treatments to today's patients through research and clinical trials. Our physicians participate in on-going studies on new treatments and have been part of clinical trials for some of the revolutionary treatments being used in patient care today.
